  1. How do Yemhys Fit?

 Our shoes run true to size, so if you are a full size, that's also your Yemhys size! For more sizing information, check out our Size Chart.

Our shoes start a little snug and then stretch naturally. With time, the shoes take your foot shape.

If you have a wider foot and you're a half size, we'd suggest sizing up to the next full size.

  1. Do your shoes have arch support

Yemhys don't have arch support, but they are designed with unique shapes and materials for maximum comfort and durability.

The shoe's sole is made from special leather, which, over time, takes the shape of the foot and offers comfort. This leather is breathable, so it will keep your foot always fresh and healthy.

 

  1. How do I clean my Yemhys?

Our shoes can be cleaned using a little mild soap and water on a soft cloth and gently rubbing the surface. Remember, cleaning options and treatments vary depending on your leather finish. 

 

  1. Will my Yemhys stretch?

Yemhys do not stretch. There is no break-in period. Yemhys will gently hug the contour of your foot, but they should never feel tight. They'll move with you, but not stretch out. If they are a little snug but not painful, wear them around the house (not outside!) for a couple of days to see how they will give. After a few days, if your shoes still feel too snug, we recommend going up to the next full size.

 

 

 

 

 

SHIPPING

  1. How do you ship?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Our standard shipping takes about 3 - 5 business days to arrive from when the order is placed.

We only ship and deliver on business days, and that only expedited orders placed before 12:30 pm ET on a business day will ship that same day.

 

  1. When will my Yemhys arrive?

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday, excluding any national holidays. After placing the order, you will receive your order between 3-5 business days.

 

  1. What if I want to cancel or change my order?

To cancel your order or if you want to change  it, please send us an email at help@yemhys.com – we will handle the rest.

 

  1. Where is my order?

We'll send you a shipment confirmation and tracking number as soon as your Yemhys ship out. You can follow your order with the tracking number.

 

PAYMENTS & RETURNS

  1. What is your returns and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are easy. You have 14 days to return or exchange unworn shoes with free return shipping. Yemhys gift cards are not returnable. You can try our shoes on for fit and comfort, but make sure only to wear them on clean floors inside. We cannot accept any shoes that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. All items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.

 

  1. When can I expect my refund?

Once your Yemhys are received and processed by our team, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment. That process typically takes a couple of days, but can vary depending on your credit card.

 

  1. Are gift cards refundable?

Gift cards are not refundable.
